Be Heard Empower Yourself is a podcast and YouTube show hosted by Mimi Tallo providing a platform for individuals to share their stories of overcoming adversity. Men and LBGQT population are not excluded either. We have guests who are transgender or may be hurt by cultural misconceptions. Empowerment, diversity, and spiritual growth through authentic storytelling and dialogue.

The author, podcast host, and survivor, Mimi Tallo has transformed a life of adversity into a mission of empowerment. With 33 years in AA recovery, she has sponsored countless women on their healing journeys. Survived domestic abuse, addiction and breast cancer . Also, she has dealt with chronic depression and panic disorder for over 30 years. Her work explores themes of feminine identity, resilience, and spiritual growth. She thrives in reflective dialogue and is passionate about unpacking societal frameworks and creative expressions.
